An innovative water heater product has been swamped with demand after gaining five-star reviews and a ‘Hot Product’ status reception in the hot tub and swim spa market for its game-changing technology.
Manufactured in the UK, the SUPA Heater has been launched and promoted into the hot tub and swim spa market for retailers and their customers, as well as hot tub holiday companies, to gain ultra-rapid water heat up times. North West-based SUPA Heater chief Mark Thompson has proclaimed that the product ensures hot tubs are prepared for owners or hot tub holiday new guest arrivals with fresh water heated within one to two hours.
By utilising propane, rather than electricity, the portable SUPA Heater unit also provides the extra benefit of ensuring energy-efficiency. Following on from its initial launch in partnership with Blackpool-based The Hot Tub Superstore, the SUPA Heater is being promoted as the ‘smarter way to heat your hot tub’ and has gained ‘Hot Product’ recognition in the latest 2024 editions of WhatSpa? and WhatSwimSpa? magazines.
TikTok, YouTube and Instagram star thepoolguy, who has 20million followers, has also been pumping up publicity by showcasing the SUPA Heater technology on his social media platforms to help build on the launch publicity and five star ratings on Trustpilot that have been responsible for creating unprecedented demand. All stock has been sold out ahead of the summer and now orders are being taken on a first-come, first-served basis for delivery commencing August 12.

“As the name implies, a hot tub should have hot water and if a holiday park has hot tubs that are not at the optimum temperature when new guests arrive then they will more than likely suffer negative feedback and poor online reviews.
“If hot tub holiday businesses are wanting people to pay premium prices for their luxury holiday accommodation, then they most certainly want five-star hot tub service, which must include correctly maintained water at the optimum temperature, as part of the package.”
