Magnificent milestone for Sales Director

Certikin has been celebrating Sales Director Richard Way achieving the magnificent milestone of 40 years of service with the company.
Over the past four decades Richard has left an indelible impact on the company and the wet leisure industry and to mark his long service he was honoured with a personalised gift and certificate. It was presented at Certikin’s Witney-based headquarters by Managing Director Neil Stephenson as a token of the company’s deep appreciation for his loyalty and dedication.
After congratulating Richard, and proclaiming him as a ‘true gentleman and legend of the pool industry’, Certain assured customers and the wider industry that they can look forward to seeing more of their Sales Director.
As part of an acceptance speech, Richard said: “Don’t worry, this is not my retirement.”
Certkin Sales Executive Sally Laver has also been celebrating 15 years of service with the company after being presented with a certificate and vouchers by Business Development Manager Jo Catterall.
As part of the celebrations Certikin, which supplies hot tubs manufactured by Wellis, has been promoting the fact that the company values commitment, dedication, and loyalty and that the growing list of long serving staff embody these values, contributing their skills and expertise year after year. It has also been reported that half of the staff have a minimum of five years’ continuous employment with Certikin, which when put together contributes to over 1,000 years’ experience.
Meanwhile, Certikin’s Aquatics team has been promoting the acquisition of the water gardening and pond equipment brand Bermuda, from Evolution Aqua Ltd, during the Glee 2024 Birmingham Show at the NEC. As well as Bermuda products, Certikin was also showcasing other brands which it distributes into the water gardening and aquatics market, such as Heissner and AquaForte, during the horticultural trade and gardening retail sector exhibition that was celebrating its 50th anniversary.
