Seminars explore wellness benefits
Certikin has teamed up with growing global sauna leader Harvia to host two one-day seminars that were designed to explore the many benefits of wellness.
Along with highlighting wellness and the opportunities for enhancing health to prospective customers, the seminars covered a wide range of Harvia products, which are available through Certikin as part of its status as an official partner and distributor. The seminars, pictured, coincided with the publication of Harvia Plc’s Annual Report 2024, which has revealed a return to growth.
“2024 was a strong year for Harvia,” divulged Harvia Group CEO Matias Järnefelt, who previously was the global Head of Sales for Nokia’s phone accessory business and replaced former Harvia CEO Tapio Pajuharju, who resigned in November 2022 during a period of decline.
“We succeeded in turning our revenue back to growth after two years of decline, with a double-digit increase of 16.4 per cent to EUR 175.2million.”
Among the Harvia products that Certikin has been promoting is the Harvia Frosty with cold plunge technology capability. As part of promotion for the product, including showcasing it at SPATEX, Certikin has been highlighting that regularly exposing the body to cold water for short periods of time can generate numerous health benefits; including improved immunity, stress reduction, improved sleep quality, recovery from sports and pain relief.
Harvia, meanwhile, has revealed that its popular pillar heater is now available as a wood-burning model. The new Harvia Cilindro combines the cozy ambiance of a traditional wood-burning heater with modern efficiency.
It is designed for efficiency and warms up the sauna quickly while delivering rich, humid heat for total relaxation. Its large stone capacity ensures soft, consistent steam, creating an exceptional sauna experience.
As part of promotion for the new product, Harvia has proclaimed that with easy maintenance, it is a hassle-free choice for both home and commercial saunas. In addition, the fast heating, durable stainless-steel structure, and large stone capacity guarantee top-quality steam.
Ahead of National Hot Tub Day on March 28, Certikin has also been promoting that its own brand of hot tubs for top quality hydrotherapy wellness capability in the form of the Valete Spas range by Wellis has achieved 2025 WhatSpa? Approved Manufacturer status. This provides prospective customers with confidence that the Valete Spas brand is produced by a manufacturer of good repute, supported by excellent quality control processes and good warranty support.
