Hot tub specialists contesting new award

Hot tub and pool professionals are currently contesting a new ‘Fan Favourite Award’ ahead of being honoured by the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP) during the 45th Annual International Awards of Excellence (AOE).
Currently 70 of the best hot tub, swimming pool, spa, and water feature designs and installations from APSP members can be viewed at www.APSP.org/fanfavorite to help determine who will take the title of this year’s inaugural Fan Favourite Award honour.
Representatives of the 70 award-winning installations will be presented with their AOE plagues during the Chairman’s Reception at the International Pool Spa Patio Expo at the Mandalay Bay Convention Centre in Las Vegas on November 9, before the exhibition gets underway for hot tub and swim spa manufacturers; including 2015 WhatSpa? and WhatSwimSpa? Best Buy Award winners Artesian Spas, Catalina Spas, Coast Spas Manufacturing, and Marquis; to then promote their latest offerings to visitors at their respective booths.
After voting closes for the Fan Favourite Award on November 10, the winner will be announced later in the evening during the Expo Welcome Party.
APSP President and CEO Rich Gottwald is delighted that the current crop of the association’s award-winning members will now get the chance to contest an additional honour of becoming the first ever recipient of the Fan Favourite Award, while gaining extra recognition for their work in the process.
“These award-winning installations are a shining example of what our members can do in consumer backyards across the world,” he said.
“The Awards of Excellence program gives our members an opportunity to separate themselves from their competitors as well as earn recognition from the pool, spa and hot tub industry.
“This year, we’re happy to invite consumer voting and social media sharing of our winners through our Fan Favourite Award.”
