European golden honour for XL Pools

SPATA Contractor of the Year XL Pools has gained a golden bonus to end the year on a crest of a wave by being bestowed with a prestigious top European trade award.
Kent-based XL Pools, which is an Aqua Technics Pools supplier and installer, landed ‘Contractor of the Year’ SPATA titles in 2015, 2018 and 2020 ahead of achieving a Silver Award in the SPATA presentation ceremony in the 2021 British Pool & Hot Tub Awards and now topped this by being voted the best entry in the Domestic Indoor Pools category of the European Union of Swimming Pool and Spa Associations (EUSA).
“SPATA offers huge congratulations to XL Pools,” said a spokesperson for the trade association.
The Piscina & Wellness exhibition in Barcelona provided the venue for the formal awards presentation event, with the Domestic Indoor Pool Gold Award trophy, pictured, being presented to Maddison and Jazmin from XL Pools by EUSA president Bert Granderath, who also presented awards to the respective Domestic Spas and Domestic Hot Tub winners, including a Bronze Award to Iberspa (Aquavia Spa), and other winners in the seven categories from Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Switzerland.
