Bullfrog Spas is rolling out a direct distribution service to the UK and European market as the next chapter of hot tub retailing in this continent without the partnership and branding of Villeroy & Boch.
The Salt Lake City-based manufacturer, famed for its JetPak Therapy System, pictured, has announced the move ahead of a SPATEX 2025 exhibitor appearance in February at the Coventry Building Society Arena to promote more competitive pricing, faster delivery times, and enhanced customer care for the unique range of hot tubs that have previously been distributed with Villeroy & Boch branding throughout Europe. Dealer partners in the UK and Europe have already been informed that there will be a seamless transition with continued access to an expanded catalogue of innovative Bullfrog products and programs designed for future hot tub retailing success.
With established UK and European-based representatives already in place, along with warehousing and distribution to ensure prompt dealer access and customer satisfaction, Bullfrog Spas is now handling distribution directly to enhance the services and increase delivery speed. As part of the announcement, the manufacturer has stressed that it remains committed to providing the industry’s best dealer experience, characterised by its distinctive products, and what it proclaims to be industry-best support programs.
In addition to the announcement, Bullfrog Spas has expressed its gratitude for the years of successful collaboration with Villeroy & Boch, which it states admirably represented and sold Bullfrog Spas products under its own name for many years. Now, as the Bullfrog Spas brand has grown in influence and reputation worldwide, the manufacturer believes it is the perfect time to embark on this new chapter with European dealers being supplied and supported directly.
