Platform for heat pump launch
Aqua Warehouse Group will be utilising their latest SPATEX 2023 exhibitor appearance as a platform to launch a new cost-saving Energi Heat Pump.
Having researched the air source heat pump market over the past 12 months Aqua Warehouse Group (AWG) are now joining this thriving energy-efficient product trend by providing the trade with their 8kW option, which is being showcased on the AWG stand during SPATEX 2023 at the Coventry Building Society Arena from January 31 to February 2.
The Energi Heat Pump, pictured with a Reef Spas hot tub, is proclaimed to be suitable for the majority of applications and features Mitsubishi Full Inverter Technology and all-year-round functionality that works down to -15°C. Other design elements include a titanium heat exchanger, and a corrosion resistant ABS case. It also has a COP up to 7.6 at 15°C, as well as user-friendly WiFi Control via smartphone, and the benefit of an ultra-quiet operational level between 20-29db.
AWG founder and Managing Director Richard Hart has reported that the new heat pump can help owners to reduce energy bills by up to 70 per cent and is confident that it will become a popular product.
He has also revealed that trade feedback has highlighted that dealers are positive about the product but would require professional tuition on installing the heat pumps. This is being assisted with a dedicated technical and training day in February.
“Since the energy crisis began more and more customers are turning to air source heat pumps to heat their spa,” said Richard.
“We have chosen an 8kW all-season version, which I am confident will become the industry standard in the future. The Energi heat pump includes all the functionality and build quality that customers are looking for.
“Air Source heat pumps use the latest technology to utilise warm air making them considerably more energy efficient when compared to standard electric heaters. Customers can save up to 70 per cent in energy costs.
“Initial feedback from our trade customers has been great but many of them are unsure about installing heat pumps. To help with this transition AWG are planning a technical training day in February at our showroom in Essex.”
