Promotional exposure for cold plunge technology
Johnsons Wellis is aiming to freeze out competition from ice bath product rivals with ‘n-ice’ promotional exposure for the latest Iceland Cold Plunge Tub model.
Leading Wellis supplier Johnson Leisure is proclaiming that the Iceland Cold Plunge Tub is one of the most advanced on the market. Temperatures can be easily modified from warm to cold with a control unit that is equipped with a digital display, or through the digital application via the use of a smartphone.
The WhatSpa? Approved and WhatSwimSpa? Approved company is seeking to capitalise on the rising demand for cold water therapy products by highlighting that the innovative Wellis model has the flexibility to be utilised for both warming or cooling the occupant’s body.
A key benefit is that the Iceland Cold Plunge Tub can send water temperatures plummeting. It has been designed by Hungary-based Wellis with the capability to cool 100 litres of 23 °C water down to 5 °C in around one-and-a-half hours, at an outside temperature of 15 °C.
Johnsons Wellis; which has multiple showroom locations, including Colchester, Dartfield, Enfield, Harlow, Maidstone and Wimborne; is also promoting the fact that the Iceland Cold Plunge Tub has been created to be as convenient and low-maintenance as possible, so that users can experience a hassle-free cold plunge with the main focus on their recovery process.
As part of the promotion, it is being highlighted that the reversed air-source heat pump technology radically reduces energy consumption and that additional low running costs can be achieved with advanced insulation. This includes the Thermo Cover that incorporates new LIFE Scandinavian insulation, as well as a heat mirror foil to reflect internal heat produced by the pumps.
Prospective owners are also being enticed by the fact that the Iceland Cold Plunge Tub, pictured, provides peace of mind clean water with what Johnsons Wellis proclaims to be the most efficient disinfectant and filtration system on the market in the form of the OzmixTM system. As part of the launch promotion, Wellis has revealed that it ensures 20 per cent fresher water when utilised in conjunction with the correct quantity of chlorine, compared to traditional systems.
After entering the cold water therapy market Wellis has also been quick to launch the Nord Fjord Inflatable Cold Plunge. This has been produced to provide dealers with an extra option to cater for customers who require a flexible product for quick and convenient cold water therapy benefits.
