Certikin is employing a dedicated careers website as part of an initiative to cast a digital net for recruiting new talent by promoting vacancies and staff testimonials.

As part of its latest careers promotional activities and recruitment initiatives Certikin, which launched five new Avon Collection designs from the Valete Spas hot tub range produced by Wellis at SPATEX 2024, also recently attended the Oxford Jobs Fair, pictured, to promote current vacancies; as well as providing face-to-face contact with potential candidates to highlight the benefits of working for the company.
At the time of attending the Oxford Jobs Fair, hosted at Oxford Town Hall, Certikin’s careers website was promoting an opportunity to join the company in an Export Territory Manager role, along with vacancies for Technical Sales Support, Technical Sales Advisor, and an Onsite Lining Operative.
Also on the careers website, Business Development Manager Jo Catterrall is highlighting to viewers that some of the best things about working for Certikin include the customers and being based in a friendly open-plan office, which creates a pleasant working environment.
“When a customer gives good feedback on the service, we as a company, have provided, it makes you feel proud of the whole Certikin team,” divulges Jo.
Customer Service Supervisor Lucinda Bishop reveals: “There are many staff members who have moved departments over time, expanding their knowledge and skill sets.
“I always love to ask senior staff members who have worked here for many years which department they started in. Certikin retain staff really well and have many long standing staff.”
Alex Miron, from Certikin’s Commercial Technical Sales, reports: “I personally find the learning and progression opportunities to be the greatest motivation factor in working for Certikin.
