Softub trouping new colours
Softub is aiming to achieve a purple patch in the British hot tub market after attending major events to troup out new colours in a vivid range of exterior options that feature ‘Plum Purple’.
The launch of the powerful energy-efficient Poseidon jet system and a distinctive Graphite exterior with the new durable Syntex outer vinyl material made such a big splash with consumers in 2018 that extra ‘Custom’ options of colours are being promoted this year. These include vibrant ‘Lemon Yellow’, and ‘Strawberry Red’ exteriors that provide owners with the capability of matching their choice to their garden colour schemes.
As well as the best-selling Graphite exterior, the new Syntex Colour Series has the options of ‘Caribbean Green’, ‘Metallic Blue’, ‘Off White’, and ‘Taupe’. The Syntex Custom Colour Series options are: ‘Plum Purple’, ‘Bronze’, ‘Caribbean Sand’, ‘Caribbean Blue’, ‘Ocean Blue’, ‘Lemon Yellow’, ‘Rainforest Green’, ‘Strawberry Red’, and ‘Tangerine Orange’. Traditional Leathertex colours include ‘Almond’, ‘Mocca’ and ‘Camel’.
A large network of Softub showroom dealerships, supplied by a dedicated Softub UK division in York, is now building on the high demand for the Syntex Graphite option that resulted in the Poseidon Resort 300+ , pictured, gaining launch success and high sales figures.
“Our launch of the new Graphite design was really well received last year,” said Softub UK chief Joe Hutchinson; “It proved to be a great sales success for us.
“We’ve now introduced a range of new vibrant colours to allow our dealers to provide greater choice to their customers.”
As part of its nationwide sales and marketing initiatives, which includes promotion to consumers in WhatSpa? magazine, Softub has recently exhibited at the Bramham International Horse Trials earlier this month; following on from appearances at other high profile events including the Royal Bath and West Show, Devon County Show, RHS Malvern Spring Festival, Mitsubishi Motors Badminton Horse Trials; after promotion of the brand at the Great Missenden Easter Food Festival and RHS Cardiff Flower Show in April and an appearance at SPATEX earlier this year to help boost trade awareness and the Softub dealer network in the UK.
Meanwhile, Softub has received another boost for its dealer network after once again achieving WhatSpa? Best Buy Award status for the popular Resort 300 in the £6,000 to £7,999 price range in the latest edition of the consumer magazine.
Coming in at 200 x 200 x 69cm with the capability to accommodate six adults, the Resort 300 has been praised in the 2019 WhatSpa? Verdict for offering ‘unrivalled portability and easy installation’, which was a significant factor in the Channel 4 producers of the reality show ‘In the Circle’ procuring a Softub for roof terrace filming; due to its hassle-free capabilities.
The WhatSpa? Verdict also highlights that the iconic brand has ‘pepped up its designer styling with a range of new LeatherTex colours’, as well as declaring that Softub’s unique exchange pump is ‘an ingenious development that guarantees unrivalled energy-efficiency’.
