SPATEX attracts a raft of new Spa & Leisure companies for 2022 Live Exhibition

Alex ClampWhen the UK’s only dedicated water leisure exhibition returns LIVE this February from Tuesday 1st to Thursday 3rd, a number of new spa and hot tub exhibitors will take their stand alongside the roll call of familiar names that makes SPATEX an unmissable event for the trade each year.
Making their debut at Coventry Building Society Arena (formerly known as the Ricoh Arena) is Balboa Water group, SpaFlo, Spanet Europe and Vian Leisure Products and they join 27 other companies flying the spa and hot tub flag.
SPATEX Organiser, Michele Bridle, reports that preparations have got off to a roaring start for the 25th live show, with the demand for exhibition space impressively outstripping previous years’ sales and only a few stands now remain.
Michele says: “With the success of the Covid vaccination programme, there’s a great appetite for business returning to normal and that, of course, includes the staging of live exhibitions. We now have just 7 per cent of hall space to sell. With many of our exhibitors featuring two years’ worth of launches, and in some cases requesting larger stands, SPATEX 2022 will be a bumper event. With many companies offering special show discounts, a trip to Coventry will pay dividends, both in knowledge gained and money saved.”

A free-to-attend double seminar programme on each of the three days promises to be packed full of up-to-the minute information aimed at all those involved in the provision, maintenance and promotion of water leisure. Energy conservation will naturally be high on the agenda, both as a topic for discussion and product launches.

There’s lots to celebrate – SPATEX’s 25th anniversary of a live event and the first time in two years that the UK’s water leisure industry is able to reunite. We’ve lined up two big social events.
On the Tuesday of the show, the BSPF is holding the UK’s most prestigious social event, the annual Industry Gala Evening, which includes the 2022 British Pool & Hot Tub Awards hosted by SPATA & BISHTA and the re-presentation of the ISPE Awards 2021, with dinner, dancing and live entertainment.
